These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999t ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 999t does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Maintenance windows, third-party service outages, and events beyond 999t's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. 999t will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable. 999t's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

999t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 999t will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, 999t may also notify registered players via the contact method on file. Your continued use of the 999t platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 999t operates. If informal resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable territory.
